Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation (CHCF) notifies all winners in writing as to the claiming of prizes. Should a discrepancy occur between this list and the official records of CHCF, the latter shall be deemed correct and final.
This winners list is a searchable database that posts winners based on last name or ticket number. The results of an online search returns matches in alphabetical order. It does not show winners by order of prize draw. Because each token is eligible for each prize draw, occurrences where ticketholders win more than once on the same ticket or win prizes on multiple ticket purchases are expected in this random draw format.
Each prize will be awarded to holder, who is the individual named on the winning ticket. Initial prize notification letters will be promptly sent to all prize winners by U.S. mail or by email to the address shown in the Raffle database, as given by the purchaser.
Winners who have not claimed their prize within twenty (20) days of the applicable drawing date will be notified by U.S. postal service certified mail, return receipt requested.
Raffle License No. 2016-10501
